Now look at your answer.
When I’ve asked new coaching clients this question, I often hear answers like, “I want to quit my 9-5” or “I want to stop procrastinating” or “I want to lose weight”.
My reply is, “I hear what you don’t want, the 9-5 job, the procrastinating, the excess weight, but what DO you want instead?”
When we focus on thoughts of what we don’t want, we're actually putting our attention and energy towards that which we don't want.

Innocently, what we focus on is what we create more of.
What’s the direction of your focus? Be intentional in what you choose to focus on.
So now ask yourself again: What DO you want?
Focus on that, on what you DO want.
